We will arrange shipment within 5 business days after your payment is confirmed. Some footwear items are custom‑made. Custom‑order items are non‑returnable and non‑refundable unless quality defects are verified. The maximum processing time for all orders will not exceed 7 business days.
2. International Delivery Information
International shipping generally takes around 10 working days for most countries, with a maximum delivery lead‑time of 14 working days. Shipments to the United States are delivered via USPS. Tracking information may take up to 7 days after dispatch to update and display logistics movement. Please be patient while the logistics system syncs data.
3. Return Request
We offer a 24‑hour window for return applications. To submit a return request, please contact our official email: info@mestilova.com. Please note return eligibility is subject to our official policy terms.
4. Order Interception Reminder
Our logistics and production costs for footwear are relatively high. Please double‑check item style, size and shipping address before checkout. Once the parcel arrives at the airport and departs, we are unable to intercept or cancel the shipment.
